We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per order or per customer. We do not guarantee that any product will be in stock at any given time.

All prices are displayed and charged in EUR (€). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Order acceptance & cancellation
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is considered confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
The product is out of stock or unavailable
There is an error in the product description or pricing
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
The order cannot be shipped to your location
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Shipping & delivery
We ship physical products to European countries. Orders are processed within 1 business day and estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. RunEarn LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns & refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy.
9. Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped to European countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. RunEarn LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit a complaint to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
