Shipping Policy
Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping destinations We currently ship to France. We're working on expanding to additional countries — if your destination isn't available at checkout yet, feel free to contact us.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard shipping: approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
You can choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout.
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and destination before you pay.
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to carrier delays, customs processing, high-demand periods, or weather. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help — just contact us.
Lost or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, or you believe your package is lost, contact us at contact.runearn@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect shipping address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
